Returns/Exchanges and Promotions

How to exchange products?

It is entirely possible to exchange an item received. However, we do not make any refunds . Sale items , as well as dish towels and dishes , are final sale .

Earrings are considered final sale due to hygiene reasons .

Once the carrier has delivered your order, you have 30 days following the purchase to contact us at info@boutiquesoha.com . It is important that the product has never been worn or used . You must return the item to us in the same condition and packaging as when you received it. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product is not returned in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , but Soha will cover the shipping costs of new products .

You can get an exchange for products purchased at regular price , even with a promotional code , provided that these products comply with our exchange policy. However, if the promotional code has expired , you will not be able to benefit from it for the exchange unless it is for an exchange of ring size .

Can I return my order?

We do not offer refunds . However, you can exchange your products within 30 days of purchasing your order, no problem. Items must be in their original condition , with original tags and bags , as when sent.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you have received your order confirmation, we will not be able to issue a refund . However, if you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to offer you a credit to use towards a future purchase.

Can I have a price adjustment?

Please note that no promo codes can be added once you have received your order confirmation. While it can be disappointing to miss out on a promotion, it is not possible to correct the payment. It is your responsibility to validate your cart before finalizing your purchase.

Additionally, if we run surprise promotions and you placed an order the day before, we will not be able to make the price adjustment.

What should I do if my promo code doesn't work?

The promo code can only be applied during checkout , on the payment page. Please note that only one promo code can be used per order . If you have multiple codes, you will need to choose the one that offers the best discount.

Can I exchange a final sale product?

Unfortunately, final sale products cannot be exchanged. However, if the exchange is for a ring size and the desired size is available in stock, we will be able to make the exchange, but a $3.99 fee will be applied to send the new size. If the desired size is not available, we will not be able to accept the exchange.

Warranty or manufacturing defect

What should I do if I received a damaged or defective item?

We are sorry for the situation and understand that this can be frustrating. We do everything we can to ensure that every product arrives in perfect condition.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@boutiquesoha.com with a description of the problem and photos if possible. We are committed to resolving the situation quickly by offering you a suitable solution.

Are your products guaranteed?

At Soha, we strongly believe in the quality of our products and the importance of establishing a bond of trust with our customers. That is why we offer a 6-month warranty against all manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

To benefit from the warranty, it is essential to keep the invoice number or receipt from the place where you purchased the product.

It is important to note that the warranty does not cover:

  • The Lost Jewels
  • Normal wear and tear of the plating*
  • Materials exposed to chemicals (perfumes, lotions, cleaning products)
  • The scratches
  • Deformed rings
  • Broken chains (unless the problem is with the attachment)

The warranty also does not cover headbands , as it is difficult to assess whether the knots or braids have been altered by use.

Delivery

What is the delivery time?

All orders are shipped between 1-4 business days, which means no orders will be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

We do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours to ensure fast delivery. However, during promotional or busy periods, additional delays may apply.

What delivery company do you use?

We mainly use GLS and Purolator to ship our parcels. However, depending on rates and regions, we may use other shipping companies.

For remote areas, we use Canada Post to ensure optimal delivery.

If you have a preference for a specific carrier, please let us know. Please note that additional charges may apply depending on the option chosen.

How much does delivery cost?

SHIPPING COSTS

QUEBEC & ONTARIO

Shipping costs $9.90 and free shipping is offered on orders of $75 or more.

CANADA (EXCEPT QUEBEC & ONTARIO)

Shipping costs $15 and free shipping is offered on orders of $200 or more.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

As a first step, we recommend that you contact the carrier directly with your tracking number and explain the situation. They will be able to give you more information about the delivery status.

If the problem persists or you do not get a satisfactory solution, contact us at info@boutiquesoha.com . We will do our best to help you and find a suitable solution.

I made a mistake in my delivery address, what should I do?

When placing an order, it is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If your order has not yet been shipped , please contact us as soon as possible at info@boutiquesoha.com , and we will do our best to correct the address before shipping.

If the package has already been shipped , unfortunately it is no longer possible to change the address. In this case, you can try to contact the carrier directly to see if they can intercept or redirect the package, but we cannot guarantee that they will accept the change.

We will not be able to reship the order if the address is incorrect, so be sure to double-check your information before confirming your purchase.

What happens if I don't claim my order?

If you do not claim your package from the carrier, it will be returned to us. In this case, a reshipping fee of $9.90 + taxes will be applied to make a new shipment. If this fee is not paid, your order will remain on hold for 30 days .

It is important to note that we do not accept returns , but we do offer exchanges or store credit . No refunds will be offered if you choose not to claim your order. This policy also applies in the event that you do not claim your package.

Is your jewelry tarnishing?

At Soha, we advocate the quality of materials . We mainly use 925 sterling silver with rhodium , a metal that acts as an anti-tarnish, stainless steel , as well as vermeil .

Our jewelry can be worn underwater without any problem. However, we advise you to be careful with vermeil rings , as it is best to avoid contact with perfumes , chemicals and water to preserve the gold. Although the ring does not rust, it can slightly deteriorate and become silver over time if these precautions are not followed.
