Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are shipped within 1-4 business days after your order confirmation.
During promotional periods or during the holiday season, it is possible to have an additional delay in order to meet demand. However, we assure you that shipping orders to our customers as quickly as possible is a priority for us.
Please note that no orders will be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If you have not received any confirmation email at info@boutiquesoha.com.
If you have not received an email after four business days, please do not hesitate to write to us.
DELIVERY OF ORDERS
For orders in Quebec*, please note that they are generally shipped by Purolator, with a tracking number. Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 2 days after they are shipped. In some regions, it may take longer than 15 days.
However, it may happen that an order is shipped with Canada Post. For other orders, we use the best provider for your shipment. This is mostly Canada Post, without a tracking number. During busier periods, it may take one to three weeks before you receive your package.
*Remote areas of Quebec may take a few extra days.

Please make sure that the delivery address entered is correct. No changes are possible once your order has been processed. If you become aware of an error, you can write to us as soon as possible at info@boutiquesoha.com. If it is not too late, we can make the change.
If your package is returned to us because the address you provided is invalid or incomplete, we will notify you and additional charges will apply for re-shipment. No order refunds will be possible.
Please note that Soha is not responsible for packages stolen at the door.
Can I exchange items from my order?
Certainly this is possible for the majority of products.
Sale items (reduced price), dish towels and tableware are final sale.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are also not exchangeable.
Once the carrier delivers your order, you have 14 days to contact us at info@boutiquesoha.com. It is important that the product has never been worn and/or used. You must return it to us in the same condition and packaging as when you received it. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange of product if it is not returned in its original condition.
In the email, we will ask you to mention your order number, the product to be exchanged and the product you wish to obtain in exchange. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to us and Soha will assume the cost of shipping the new products.
You may be able to obtain an exchange for products purchased at regular price with a promotional code if they comply with our exchange policy.
How to make an exchange?
1. You must send us an email to info@boutiquesoha.com mentioning your order number, the items you wish to exchange, which product you wish to exchange them for and the reasons for the exchange.
2. We will reply you as soon as possible with our answer and return address.
3. Mail your product to be exchanged. It is important to include your order number and name in your return.
*We suggest you opt for a bubble envelope available from Canada Post with a stamp. The costs associated with the stamp and the envelope are the responsibility of the customer.
4. As soon as we receive your package at the workshop, we will process your request as quickly as possible.
5. Allow 2 to 10 business days for delivery of your exchange which will be shipped by Canada Post at Soha's expense. You will therefore receive your new item directly in your mailbox.
Do you do refunds?
No refunds are possible. However, we can exchange your order for any other product if it complies with our exchange policy.
The Soha product guarantee.
At Soha, we believe in the quality of our products and that it is important to establish a bond of trust with you. This is why we offer a warranty against all manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months following purchase.
Please note that the warranty does not cover lost jewelry, normal wear and tear of the plating*, materials exposed to chemicals (perfumes, lotions, cleaning products), scratches, deformed rings or broken chains (except if it is the attachment).

How do I care for my jewelry?
Although we only use quality materials (stainless steel and 925 sterling silver) to make our jewelry, their maintenance is essential to allow them to retain their shine.
STAINLESS STEEL
Our stainless steel jewelry can be kept under water (shower, sea and swimming pool) but it is preferable to rinse them with clear water after each use. It is not recommended to put your jewelry in contact with cosmetic and household products. If your stainless steel jewelry is dull, it is probably due to an accumulation of dirt, lotions, perfumes, cosmetics and chemicals. This is why it is recommended to clean them regularly with a mild soap. You just have to rub them gently, rinse them well with water and wipe them with a soft cloth. It is absolutely necessary to avoid chemicals, abrasives or scouring pads, as they could scratch the surface of the stainless steel.
STAINLESS STEEL - GOLD PLATED
As with stainless steel jewelry, remember to remove them before using household products and cosmetics. Although they are very water-resistant, it is always advisable to remove them before any contact with water to increase their lifespan. To give them a shine, you can clean them with a little clear water and a mild soap. Then, dry them with a soft cloth.
925 STERLING SILVER
Our silver jewelry is coated with rhodium. Rhodium-plated silver retains its shine and does not tarnish. Rhodium protects the jewelry from natural oxidation caused by air, humidity and perspiration. Rhodium-plated 925 silver jewelry keeps its new appearance for a long time, with minimal maintenance. You can therefore wear them underwater and on any occasion, but it is preferable to rinse them with clean water after each use in order to prolong their shine. It is not recommended to put your jewelry in contact with cosmetic and household products. To give them a boost of shine, you can clean them with a little clean water and a mild soap. Then, dry them with a soft cloth.
VERMEIL
For gold-plated or vermeil jewelry, we recommend removing it when showering, bathing, swimming or exercising to prevent wear of the gold layer and thus extend its lifespan. Any contact with chemicals (perfumes, lotions, cleaning products, etc.) can alter the shine or plating of your jewelry. The gilding can then wear off and reveal the silver. Furthermore, leaving your vermeil jewelry in a bathroom is a bad idea: being a humid place, it promotes oxidation and therefore the degradation of the vermeil. Even if vermeil is resistant to wear and tear over time, it is possible to see small stains appear on the surface of your jewelry after a certain time. All you need to do is gently clean your jewelry with a sponge or a soft toothbrush dipped in soapy water. Then dry it well with a dry cloth to remove all traces of moisture.
In order to optimally preserve all your jewelry, we advise you to store them in their Soha pouch.
Why haven't I received my order?
Please note that we ship all orders with tracking number with Purolator. It takes about 1-2 business days after your order is shipped.
For orders without a tracking number with Canada Post, Soha has no way to track your package. During busy periods, it can take 1-3 weeks to receive your package. Before 3 weeks, we will ask you to wait before finding a solution.
We always suggest taking delivery with Purolator to avoid additional delays.
My sleeper earrings don't close properly, what should I do?
Some of our earrings are sleeper type with clasp made of malleable silver. Over time, this can move slightly. So you have the impression that your earring no longer closes as well. Most of the time, they are not broken, but they require a slight adjustment which is very simple.
You just have to push up very slightly on it and make sure it comes up against the notch that holds it. We will be happy to send you a video if necessary.

Can I add items to my order or change it?
If it is not already shipped or already packed, of course! Contact us at info@boutiquesoha.com and let us know what change you want to make. We will do everything we can.
If you wish to remove an item, it is possible to exchange it for another, but we will not make any refunds.
Can I have a price adjustment?
Unfortunately, no price adjustments are possible in the event of a promotion. Once you receive your order confirmation, it is no longer possible to add a promotion or promotional code to it.
Where are you located?
Soha's workshop and warehouse are located in Granby. We do not have a physical store, but we do have a pick-up point at Spin Limit which is located at 559, rue Principale in Granby.
Where are your textile products manufactured?
All our textile products have also been designed, thought out, cut and sewn in Quebec by our talented seamstresses. They are fortunate to work remotely with a fair and equitable salary.
Are the rings water resistant?
For our 925 sterling silver rings, there is no problem putting them underwater.
For our gold rings, we use vermeil which is sterling silver that is plated with 18K gold, 2.5 microns.
We recommend, whenever possible, to remove it under water or when applying products in order to prolong the plating. Be aware that the ring will not tarnish, but the gold will fade towards silver. For this reason, we do not offer any guarantee on gold rings.
