Yes. All our products are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Just keep your invoice number or proof of purchase. The warranty doesn’t cover normal wear, scratches, lost jewelry, or damage from misuse.

Regular-priced items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, as long as they haven’t been worn or used and are returned in their original condition and packaging. Earrings and final-sale items can’t be exchanged. No refunds are offered.

Yes, our jewelry is water-resistant for everyday wear and won't rust. One exception: we recommend removing your vermeil rings before washing your hands, showering, or swimming to preserve the gold plating for as long as possible. Over time, the plating may fade and reveal the sterling silver underneath.
